It takes all kinds to make L&S tick. See which position is right for you.
What if I'm not one of the first 60 to apply?
If you miss the cap, that's okay. We'll still review your resume and place you on a waitlist. But your chances of getting hired go up if you show up.
What should I bring on February 2?
Dress professionally, and bring about 15 copies of your resume to share. If you're a designer or writer, make sure to have your portfolio and writing samples for both your interview and the portfolio review breakout.
What if I can't come on February 2?
We understand that taking a half-day from classes can be hard. If you can't attend, leave a comment when you apply, and we'll try to set up a phone or Skype interview instead. Just know that your chances of being hired are much higher if you attend because you'll get to meet multiple L&S employees and make a better first impression.
What if I can only attend my interview and not the other workshop sessions?
No problem. When you apply, select a preferred interview block and note in the comments that you can't attend the other sessions. We can't guarantee you'll get the time you want, but we'll do our best to make it work.
What positions are open? How many interns do you hire?
Great question – it's different every year. We're open to hiring interns in every agency position depending on how awesome they are. If you're a rock star, we'll find a place for you. The number of interns we hire varies each year.
Ad Camp is more than an awesome summer experience. It's a tryout.
